1. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it is about 30 days after confirming the order details and payment.

2. How about the payment?
A: Our payment is 30% deposit by TT, balance TT 70% against copy of B/L or L/C at sight.

3. Your tire is new tire or used tire?
A: We only supply new tires, no used tires. All the tyres are brand new.

4. Can you supply the samples?
A: Yes, we can supply the samples if the stock is avaliable. The cost of samples and delivery charges should be borne by customers.

5. Do you offer OE service?
A: Yes, we offer OE service and the customized products.

6. What is your minimum order quantity?
A:Generally, it is a 40HQ, mix-loading with different sizes from our factory is acceptable.
